AIRCRAFT TECHNICAL PUBLISHERS (ATP)

ATP Products Contain Copyrighted Material

Since 1973, Aircraft Technical Publishers has promoted aviation safety by making access to aviation maintenance and regulatory information quick and easy. We have numerous long-term partnerships and/or licensing agreements with leading aviation manufacturers and are dedicated to protecting these rights. It is very important that we are able to track the distribution of the information services in order to support our relationship with the manufacturers authoring the publications and to ensure that information used in the maintenance of aircraft is current for matters of safety. Because ATP products contain copyrighted content, customers acquire only the right to use the content and do not acquire any rights of ownership. Therefore, the resale of ATP microfiche, CD-ROM or DVD on eBay or other venues is not permitted.

Thank you for your interest in understanding the reasoning behind our policy. We would also like to take this time to thank you for your business and hope that we can continue to be of assistance to you. If you are an active ATP subscriber that no longer has a need for a library, we encourage you to contact the sales representative for your region who will be happy to assist in trying to transfer your library to another customer.
