Message to sellers on eBay

HDMI Licensing, LLC strongly recommends you procure your HDMI products from legally authorized
suppliers to avoid disruptions to your business. A current list of licensed HDMI suppliers (Adopters) is
available: http://www.hdmi.org/learningcenter/adopters_founders.aspx

If your supplier does not appear on the list of HDMI Adopters, you should ensure that your goods
originate from a properly authorized HDMI supplier by requesting the following documentation from
your supplier:

A copy of current HDMI Adopters Certificate from the manufacturer (Adopter).
Declaration from the manufacturer (Adopter) confirming the products are manufactured under
a license granted by HDMI Licensing, LLC

A copy from the manufacturer (Adopter) of either a confirmation or certification of passing
HDMI test results from an ATC (Authorized Test Center) or a letter from HDMI Licensing, LLC
confirming receipt of self-test results.

If your account is suspended by eBay due to trademark infringement (even if you were unaware that the
products were infringing), HDMI Licensing, LLC will not arbitrate with eBay on your behalf to reinstate
you as a seller.
