My name is Jeanne Carley. I graduated from Art Center College of Design with a major in Photography. For over a decade I took photographs for use in trade ads, annual reports and brochures for small design firms and ad agencies in Silicon Valley, California. Some of my clients included Hewlett Packard, Kodak and Intel. But in early 1990 a ferret came into my life and turned it upside down. At that time there were no ferret calendars on the market and a ferret lover in Chicago asked me to make one. In 1994 I finally did and the rest, as they say, was history.
I published my ferret calendars for 20 years so created are a lot of images in that 20 year span. Many folks don't understand copyright and don't understand that a photographer's work belongs completely to the photographer-- in all shapes and forms. My calendars are registered with the Federal Copyright Office for maximum protection. If you buy one of my calendars it is legal to sell the calendar as is but it is not legal to cut it up and sell the pages or images individually, nor is it legal to scan the images and use them in any way without my express written permission.
I have been a member of the eBay community for years, as well as a member of eBay's Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program. Thank you in advance for respecting my copyright. It is how I pay my bills!
